Charters stay intimate so the experience feels personal, quiet and considered.
St Vincent Yacht Co. offers private skippered yacht charters on Gulf St Vincent aboard classic bluewater yachts, shaped around calm hosting, proper seamanship and South Australian food and wine.
St Vincent Yacht Co. is an Adelaide-based boutique yacht company for people who want the day to feel private, calm and memorable. The centrepiece is the yacht: open decks, timber, canvas, salt air and the feeling of being properly away from shore.
The founding yacht is Terrapin, a 1981 Valiant 47 designed by Bob Perry and built as a serious offshore cruising yacht. She brings a different kind of charter experience to Adelaide: capable, warm, characterful and real.
The founding yacht
A Valiant 47 is not trying to be a floating function room. It was designed for passages, weather, long horizons and the quiet confidence of a proper bluewater yacht.
For private charters, that character becomes the experience. Small groups, careful timing, warm light, local food, South Australian wine and a skipper-led day shaped around the conditions.
The appeal is classic rather than flashy. This is yacht hospitality for couples, families, visiting guests and small private groups who prefer space, taste and a slower kind of luxury.
Charters stay intimate so the experience feels personal, quiet and considered.
Classic bluewater design, real sailing character and the honesty of boats with a story.
South Australian food, wine and boutique stays can elevate the sail without taking over the brand.
Every charter is shaped around weather, comfort and the skipper's judgement on the day.
